REFUNDS & RETURNS
Most LFG TIM merchandise is made to order. If something arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or otherwise produced incorrectly, contact hello@lfgtim.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We will review production or fulfillment problems and, when approved, arrange the appropriate replacement, return, or refund. Claims are easiest to resolve when reported promptly after delivery.
Change-of-mind returns
Because many products are produced specifically after an order is placed, change-of-mind returns and exchanges may be limited. Any approved return must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production or fulfillment begins, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Return authorization
Do not send merchandise back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
